Services

Meadows is an Intermediate Care Residential Home for intellectually disabled adults. They have been providing quality care in a homelike environment for more than 40 years. Meadows offers services and programs that protect the dignity of each resident while promoting maximum independence and integration in to the community. 

Meadows has made significant upgrades to the facilitiy, including new flooring in all of the common areas. The new flooring in these areas looks fantastic. Unfortunately, there is no more funding available to complete the rooms. The Meadows Association has decided to raise the necessary funds in order to complete the residents' rooms, as this fit with our Purpose. We are attempting to raise the necessary funds of $100,000.00 to complete modernization. This includes new floors, new bathroom fixtures and painting of the rooms. Just ome of the benefits are :

• Improves the health and safety of the residents
• The removal of carpet will virtually elminate unwanted odors and contaminants
• Spills and accidents are much easier to clean
• Increases mobility for residents with walker and wheelchairs 
• Flooring is slip resistant
• Aesthetically pleasing to residents, staff and visitors
